An Iranian missile hit Dubai’s famous hotel on Saturday as Tehran launches widespread revenge attacks across the Middle East following US airstrikes.
Hofit, 40, posted footage from her hotel balcony of rockets and explosions hitting the hotel after arriving in Dubai just hours ago.
She wrote on Instagram: ‘After being debriefed from my flights as the skies closed above us. I came home to see the Palm filling up with smoke!
‘I can see rockets and explosions from my balcony! reports of other explosions being heard all over the city. Please stay safe, everyone’, she urged.
Vicky Pattison shared her and husband Ercan Ramadan are ‘safe and trying to stay calm’ amid the airstrikes.
The pair touched down in Dubai this week after flying on a lavish first class Emirates flight and just hours after sunbathing at the beach, the pair were forced to safety.
‘Ercan and I were due to fly to Sydney this evening. But like many others our flight was cancelled and we are now effectively stuck in Dubai’, she wrote.
‘We’re receiving a lot of messages from people asking if we’re ok which we are. We are currently in our hotel and have been assured we’re safe. We are aware that the situation that is unfolding is scary and I’m also aware that there’s a lot of videos circulating on social media which are understandably concerning.
‘I’m not sure what else to say, other than we’re doing our best to stay calm, not feed any unconfirmed narratives and we’re thinking of everyone who is feeling unsettled and unsafe right now’.

Love Island star Laura Anderson, 36, reassured her followers that her and daughter Bonnie, two, ‘are fine’ after touching down in Dubai in the early hours of Saturday.
She shared: ‘Horrendous situation. Bonnie and I are fine.’
Fellow Love Islander Arabella Chi is also in the proximity of the explosions.
Petra Ecclestone and her husband Sam Palmer, who recently moved to Dubai with their children, are also stuck in the UAE.
Sam took to social media following the strikes and wrote: ‘Everyone in UAE watching the news now’.
In a separate post, he said: ‘Forget the war. The Americans have now ruined my golf trip… just when I was looking forward to a week of golf in Marbella. THIS HAPPENS’.
He added: ‘And I know there is bigger problems than my golf trip, but honestly I am boiling inside. I was so looking forward to it, it was going to be brilliant.’
Meanwhile, the daughter of Baroness Karren Brady, influencer Sophia Peschisolido, expressed her fears after hearing the bomb exploding.
She wrote: ‘I never imagined I’d experience the sound of a bomb exploding. So scary omg. Stay safe guys.’
Jamie Laing has also sent his ‘thoughts and prayers’ to his wife Sophie Habboo‘s sister Georgia, who is currently on holiday in Dubai with her baby daughter and husband Tom Berry.
Ahead of Jamie and Sophie’s appearance at the 2026 BRIT Awards, he wrote: ‘Thoughts and prayers to friends, families and people in the Middle East’.

Missiles fired by Tehran have struck US military bases in Qatar and have also rained down on Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Bahrain and Israel.
Videos posted on social media show Dubai’s iconic Palm Jumeirah ablaze after it was hit by a suspected Iranian missile or missile debris.
Four people are said to have been injured in the attack, according to the Dubai media office, with witnesses stating ambulances had rushed to the scene.
Meanwhile, Israeli media is now reporting there are ‘growing indications’ Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed when his Tehran compound was razed to the ground in a strike.
Officials had earlier reported that the strikes had caused ‘very significant harm’ to the leadership of the Iranian regime and its military commanders.
Khamenei has not been heard from since the US and Israel launched their dual attack on Iran on Saturday morning.
In Bahrain, officials confirmed that the headquarters of the US Navy’s 5th Fleet had been targeted by a missile attack – with footage shared on social media showing a large plume of smoke rising into the sky.
Explosions have also been heard in the Syrian city of Damascus and in the city of Sidon in southern Lebanon, apparently as a result of Israeli missile interceptions.
The Operation has been named ‘Lion’s Roar’ by Israel and ‘Epic Fury’ by the US Department of Defense, which Trump has renamed the Department of War.
It is understood that the UK did not participate in the attacks, and Sir Keir Starmer will chair a meeting of the Government’s emergency Cobra committee later today.
Sir Keir Starmer has said Iran must ‘refrain from indiscriminate military strikes’ in a joint statement with the leaders of France and Germany, condemning the country’s attacks on its neighbours.
UK citizens have been urged to shelter by the British embassy in Doha, while Qatar also warned residents via an alert to stay indoors and away from military bases.
The UK withdrew its diplomatic staff from Iran on Friday due to security worries, while staff in the British embassy in Tel Aviv and their dependents have been moved to another location by the Foreign Office.
The UK Government said its priority is ‘the safety of UK nationals’ in the Middle East but that it is ‘ready to protect our interests’.
A Government spokesperson said: ‘Iran must never be allowed to develop a nuclear weapon and that is why we have continually supported efforts to reach a negotiated solution.
‘Our immediate priority is the safety of UK nationals in the region and we will provide them with consular assistance, available 24/7.
‘As part of our longstanding commitments to the security of our allies in the Middle East, we have a range of defensive capabilities in the region, which we have recently bolstered. We stand ready to protect our interests.
‘We do not want to see further escalation into a wider regional conflict.’
Pregnant influencer Gemma Alster also took to Instagram hours after she touched down in the UK following her Dubai holiday.
She wrote: ‘For everyone that’s checking in, thank you so much for your kind and caring messages. I landed back from Dubai late last night and I’m back with Addy [her husband] and my babies.
‘It’s crazy to think of what I was doing in Dubai yesterday morning feeling like I was living in a dream compared to the images and videos coming out of it today.
‘Thinking of my friends and family in Israel and Dubai who are in shelters right now and praying this is the beginning of the end of the Iranian Regime. The people of Iran, we are with you!’
