Fans of the Dune franchise are getting their first peak at Dune: Part Three, with Warner Bros and Legendary releasing the first trailer Tuesday. The film, which has a December 18, 2026 release date, sees Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Florence Pugh and Javier Bardem back, with Robert Pattinson and Anya Taylor-Joy among the new additions to the cast.
On Monday, character posters were released showing the key players, including the above as well as Rebecca Ferguson, Jason Momoa and newcomer Isaach de Bankolé.
The trailer from the movie, which takes place 17 years after the events of Dune: Part Two, opens with Zendaya’s Chani asking Chalamet’s Paul: “If we have a girl, what will we name her?” If it’s a boy, she says they should name him Leto because then “he would have the wisdom of his grandfather.”
