Alec and Hilaria Baldwin have taken their Hamptons home off the market again just seven months after they re-listed it.
According to property records, the listing was removed on Wednesday, July 8, nearly one month after the couple slashed another $1 million off the price tag, bringing it down to $18.99 million. After taking the property on and off the market several times, they most recently re-listed it for $21 million in December 2025. The couple first listed the home for $29 million in November 2022.
In March, Hilaria shared an update regarding the status of the home in a video posted alongside photos of the property. The 42-year-old mother of seven began the message by sharing some of her favorite memories made on Long Island.

While we are sad to leave it, we know the next owners will love it just as much as we do…so I wanted to share it here…it really is a piece of paradise.”
The massive property is spread out across five acres of land and overlooks three acres of agricultural reserve. Inside the home, there’s a library, movie theater and wine-tasting room, while the outdoor areas feature a spa-like pool and a fenced vegetable garden.
