The threequel, from director John Rice, flies into theaters on Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2026, a shift up from its previous Jan. 29, 2027 release date. Angry Birds Movie 3 will come in the wake of Dune Part 3 and Avengers: Doomsday on Dec. 18 and it will precede a Warner Bros event movie and Focus Features’ Robert Eggers’ Werwulf.
