During Wednesday’s red carpet in Los Angeles, the actress told Deadline she’s “so happy” to get the chance to work with Elsbeth star Carrie Preston after their paths never crossed during their time on HBO’s True Blood.
“I flew in last night and I’m getting on a plane at 1am after this party to go back to Elsbeth,” noted Camp during the premiere at Paramount Studios. “So yeah, it’s so great. Carrie Preston and I, we did True Blood together back in the day, but we never had any scenes together. So, we saw each other and we started squealing. We were so happy.”
Playing Juliet Woodbent in an upcoming episode of the CBS comedy drama procedural, Camp described the role as “this very influencer mom.
