St.-Germain Spritz activations, Feb. 20

St.-Germain Spritz activations start Feb. 20 in Aspen. The cocktail will be offered all season with menu placements at Snow Lodge at The St. Regis, the Viewline Resort, the Sundeck (Eleven212 + Buttermilk), and Ajax Tavern at The Little Nell.

“Once defined by cozy chalets and heavy pours, après has evolved into a full lifestyle moment — shaped by travel, fashion, music, and daytime social rituals. Today’s après is less about winding down and more about being out: sun-soaked terraces, DJ sets at altitude, and drinks designed for daytime celebration,” according to a press release.
