
Ben Affleck opens up about his and Jennifer Garner’s kids’ future
Ben Affleck recently reflected on future of his and Jennifer Garner’s kids.
The Argo director revealed that he would never push his kids to pursue his and mother’s footsteps.
“You put something on your children when you have a public life and that’s complicated,” said the 53-year-old in a new interview with E! News while promoting his movie The Rip with Matt Damon.
Ben noted, “We really want to give them room to figure out what they want to do.”
Interestingly, Deep Water star shared that he would never push his children to follow acting career.
“They are brilliant and lovely and wonderful and we love them and we’re proud of them,” remarked the Oscar winner.
Ben then quipped, “I hope that they don’t waste their life acting.”
Elsewhere in the interview, The Accountant actor pointed out that his children’s upbringing is different from his own.
“In some way, it was kind of a blessing to anonymity, to struggle, to where we started, which was just in the middle of nowhere,” he added.
