The highly anticipated trial in Blake Lively’s lawsuit against Justin Baldoni is likely to feature testimony from celebrities including the actress herself and her movie star husband, Ryan Reynolds, new court papers reveal.
A slew of other celebs could have to show up to federal court in Lower Manhattan to take the stand in the bombshell trial, set to kick off May 18, in the civil case that Lively, 38, mounted against Baldoni, 42, for retaliation while they were shooting the movie “It Ends With Us.”
The “Gossip Girl” actress over the weekend filed a proposed witness list that included herself, her superstar hubby and two of her co-stars from “It Ends With Us” — Jenny Slate and Isabela Ferrer.

She also wants to call her sister, Robyn Lively, and Baldoni’s former and current reps, Stephanie Jones and Melissa Nathan, to the witness stand.
Baldoni, the director and actor in the 2024 drama flick, plans to offer his own account of events to jurors, his witness list shows.
The panel picked to decide the star-studded case will also likely hear myriad other A-list name drops, like pop sensation Taylor Swift, according to a list of proposed jury questions, Page Six reported over the weekend. But the “Shake It Off” singer is not listed as a witness.

Filming and photography will not be allowed inside the courthouse, but the trial could still create a feeding frenzy because of fans hoping to catch a glimpse of the stars outside or vying for a seat inside to hear the salacious allegations.
The “A Simple Favor” star filed her bombshell claims against Baldoni in December 2024, claiming he subjected her to sexual harassment and then unleashed an ugly smear campaign against her.
Baldoni fired back in his own $400 million lawsuit, which was eventually dismissed.

But Baldoni clinched a major court win earlier this month when the same judge who tossed his case dismissed 13 of Lively’s 16 claims against him.
All of Lively’s sexual harassment claims against Baldoni have been dismissed with the trial set to go forward on her remaining allegations of retaliation, breach of contract and aiding and abetting retaliation.
The two former co-stars rejected a last-minute bid to settle the case out of court before trial.
Baldoni has denied the claims in the lawsuit.
