Scott McGillivray fulfilled a playful bet with his Rock the Block teammate Brooke Hogan by wearing a sparkly dress and heels on the show

The duo has won two challenges so far in the Las Vegas-based renovation competition’s seventh season, which, for the first time, pairs up celebrities with HGTV stars
Scott McGillivray is making good on his promise to teammate Brooke Hogan on Rock the Block.
During the Monday, May 11 episode of the hit home renovation competition series, the 48-year-old HGTV veteran announced to the group of fellow competitors that he’d be following through on the pledge he made to Hogan.
“I wanna know what everyone is going to do when they win,” star Chelsea Meissner says to the group at a tailgate. “Kim [Wolfe] and I said if we win, we’re going to get matching tattoos,” she says of her friend, teammate and fellow Survivor competitor.
But then McGillivray piped in to share that he and Hogan already had a plan in place. “Brooke and I already did this week one. We said, ‘If we win this week, you can dress me up — because we were in the closet — you can dress me in anything here,’” he recalls.
Then Hogan, 38, emerges with a sparkly nude-colored dress with matching heels.
“It’s not my color,” McGillivray laughs, before Hogan says, “It is your color.”
With the assistance of Hogan and Good Bones alum Mina Starsiak Hawk, McGillivray slipped on the dress before announcing, “We’re gonna do it right.” He then took off his shirt for a more authentic look.

“That’s something that none of us can ever unsee, and he can never undo and I’m so in love with it,” Hawk says in a confessional interview. “That will live with him for the rest of his life, on camera, in all our phones, across the world.”
The scene then cuts to McGillivray flexing his muscles and shouting, “This is what winning the block looks like!”
Super Bowl-winning tight end Vernon Davis, who is Starsiak Hawk’s teammate, then swoops in to dip his competitor as if in a ballroom dance.

In this week’s episode, host Ty Pennington assigned a renovation of what he deemed the “essential spaces,” like the office, laundry room and RV garage. In McGillivray and Hogan’s office, they turned it into a true bedroom, with built-in bunk beds and a desk. Their laundry room was filled with bright colors and ample folding space. They converted the RV garage into a sports court complete with a pickleball-adorned wall.

Hogan and McGillivray are teamed up for season 7 of Rock the Block, which premiered on April 13. For the first time, the new season is pairing top HGTV designers with celebrity partners as they compete to renovate identical homes in Las Vegas with a $275,000 budget. So far, they secured a win in the season’s first and third episodes.
