Music superstar Cyndi Lauper is closing out her year-long Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Farewell Tour with the kind of all-star sendoff only she could inspire — and she’s doing it in style with a little help from fellow icon Cher.
CBS will air A Grammy Salute to Cyndi Lauper: Live From the Hollywood Bowl on Sunday, October 5, from 8-10 p.m. ET/PT and stream the next day on Paramount+. Taped over two nights at the legendary Hollywood Bowl, the special honors Lauper’s music and her 2025 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction with an unparalleled guest list.
Cher + Cyndi = Magic
One of the night’s standout moments is Lauper teaming up with fellow icon Cher for a rousing performance of “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.” The duet captures the spirit of Lauper’s decades-long career: joyful, rebellious, and full of heart.
