Comedian Kathy Griffin has a mystery man on her arm.
The 65-year-old funnywoman has been candid about her preference for dating younger partners. Griffin took to Instagram to announce the news, posting a paparazzi shot of herself and her new companion strolling through the streets of New York City.
The young man pictured doesn’t appear to be the same individual she previously wrote about, given the 43-year age gap between them. Griffin captioned the post simply, “He’s 22. Have at it internet.”
The couple looked relaxed and happy, strolling hand-in-hand through the city streets. Griffin’s beau was photographed with his hand on a car door, apparently preparing to open it for her, reports the Irish Star.
Fans flooded the comments section with reactions, with one writing, “He’s 22? Perfect. Old enough to vote, young enough to think Olive Garden is fancy. Go have fun.”

Earlier this year, Griffin penned an essay for The Cut detailing how she “accidentally” fell for a 23-year-old shortly after parting ways with her second husband, Randy Bick.
“Because of his age, he didn’t have the usual sexism, misogyny, and biases that guys my age tend to have,” she wrote.
The Emmy Award-winning actress ended her marriage to Randy in 2023, mere days before their fourth wedding anniversary.
Kathy appears to be thriving in the years following her cancellation over a controversial photograph showing her holding a bloodied replica of Donald Trump‘s head in May 2017. The actress faced intense online backlash at the time and was added to the no-fly list for two months.
She had also been a fixture on celebrity.land’s New Year’s Eve programming alongside Anderson Cooper, but the network terminated her immediately after the photograph emerged. Anderson stated he was “appalled” by the photo.
Donald Trump Jr, the president’s son, voiced his reaction to the photograph on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“Disgusting but not surprising,” he wrote.
“This is the left today. They consider this acceptable,” he continued. “Imagine a conservative did this to Obama as POTUS?”
