Dish Network is firing back at Disney and Epsn in a legal dispute over its launch of limited-time passes for Sling TV — with Dish alleging that the media giant is violating antitrust laws to squelch competition and has breached the terms of its contract with Dish.
Dish filed federal antitrust and breach of contract counterclaims against the Walt Disney Co. and ESPN on Friday, Jan. 2, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
