Ed Kelce shared a sweet touch of Taylor Swift spirit with fans at the Chiefs-Raiders game Sunday.
Kelce, father of Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, handed out custom-beaded, Swift-style friendship bracelets to a few lucky fans before the game. Swift apparently watched the game from a private suite at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
The bracelet spelled out “Travis” and “Taylor” in white beads, separated by a heart bead, and referenced the senior Kelce with letter “e” bead.
“Great game for chiefs and the Kelce and Swift family continue to merge together as one unit,” a fan posted on X. “For Ed passing out the bracelets is really great.
“For whatever reason Taylor lets us know she is there but doesn’t want to be visible. She (wants) the focus to be on Trav …”
Chiefs season ticket-holder Decemeber Brammer told People she was walking into Arrowhead when her husband saw the elder Kelce.
“I noticed he was handing something out, so we walked over and asked for one,” she said. “He was so sweet and greeting everyone and (was) the cutest passing them out!”
Swift’s fans were charmed by the gesture. “Those ARE Amazing … Love Ed & The Whole Kelce Family,” one wrote on Facebook.
“Now proud future FIL. Handing out friendshp bracelets. No one should EVER doubt the Kelce family,” wrote another on X.
Kelce was at the Chiefs’ home game last weekend when he was seen sharing a suite with Swift, who flashed her diamond ring as she hugged him in a private moment caught by the TV cameras.
His gesture with the bracelets called to mind how Swift’s father, Scott Swift, has a tradition of handing out guitar picks to his daughter’s fans.
