Elon Musk has responded to Billie Eilish’s recent Instagram diss.
“She’s not the sharpest tool in the shed,” the SpaceX founder, 54, wrote on his social media site X, while reposting a fan account’s recap of the singer’s Instagram Story.
The Story, originally posted by the “Bad Guy” singer, 23, on Thursday, November 13, features a series of slides suggesting what Musk could do with his money now that he’s on his way to becoming a trillionaire.
Among the suggestions were ending world hunger, saving endangered species, providing safe drinking water and rebuilding Gaza and Ukraine.
Eilish — who is said to be worth $50 million herself, per Celebrity Net Worth — concluded her message with a post reading, “f*king pathetic p**sy b**ch coward.” Though she did not tag Musk directly in that specific post, it was largely believed that she was referring to him.

Following Musk’s clapback, some of his supporters agreed that Eilish didn’t fully comprehend the financials of her suggestion, with one online commenter writing “Billie thinks Elon has all that money in his checking account,” while others asked what she has done with her own $50 million fortune.
Still others took Eilish’s side, with one writing, “notice how how you ignored the message billie was advocating and went on to attack her.”
“Even if her thinking seems immature or short-sighted, the fact that someone still young is trying to think not just about herself but about the world at large is, in its own way, admirable,” another added.
