The news that virtual performer – or “AI actress” – Tilly Norwood could be on the verge of finding herself a Hollywood agent has not gone down very well at all with other actors and actresses. In what is probably the least surprising reaction to anything ever, several actors shared the short on their social media pages with some blunt, stark criticisms that were inevitable considering the many conversations that have been held by the SAG-AFTRA and WGA about the use of AI in the industry.
