Judge Lewis Liman dismissed Justin Baldoni‘s $400 million defamation lawsuit against Blake Lively in June 2025. The lawsuit is officially over after the deadline for Baldoni to file an amended complaint, which expired recently. The judge gave Baldoni’s team until the end of October to file the amended complaint.
According to the legal documents, Judge Liman had contacted all parties on October 17 to warn them that he would enter a final judgment in Baldoni’s lawsuit (via People). The lawsuit was dismissed after the judge determined that Lively’s accusations of s*xual harassment were legally protected.
