A celebration of life for beloved Music Row publicist Kim Fowler has been set for 1 p.m. Oct. 19.
Fowler’s family will hold a ceremony at a covered pavilion at Juniper Green at Old School Farm, 5022 Olds Hyde Ferry Pike in Nashville.

Fowler — a fun, passionate publicist who worked mostly with Americana artists like Nickel Creek — died Sept. 17 after living with dementia for seven years. Friends and colleagues amazed Fowler’s siblings earlier this year when they donated nearly $50,000 in just a few months to help pay for Fowler’s stay in a memory care facility.
