Mikey Madison Becomes the First Official Ambassador Under Jonathan Anderson’s Dior

Slowly, we are seeing more and more of Jonathan Anderson’s vision for Dior. After being named creative director of the French fashion house earlier this year, the designer unveiled his first menswear collection for the brand in June. And leading up to his womenswear debut this October, Anderson has given us glimpses of how he’ll approach the collection with outfits for stars like Greta Lee and Jisoo. Now, there’s a new face coming into the mix: Mikey Madison.
The 26-year-old actor, who won an Oscar earlier this year for her performance in Anora, has been named the newest face of the brand, and the first ambassador since the beginning of Anderson’s tenure.
“Jonathan is inspiring to me as a designer because of how he tells stories with his collections and the playfulness and originality he injects into every collection,” Madison said in a statement. “I’m so proud and honored to be joining the house of Dior as a global ambassador at the start of this next chapter under Jonathan’s creative direction.”

Introducing “Couleur Vivante,” the third fine jewelry collection from Prada and the first from co-creative directors Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons to utilize colored gemstones.
The collection consists of timeless pieces like drop earrings, line bracelets, diamond rings, and more, with a variety of gemstones incorporated, including: amethyst, aquamarine, madeira citrine, pink morganite and oro-verde peridot.
Here, the pieces are given space to shine, thanks to monochromatic portraits captured by David Sims, where the only pops of color come from the accessories. And to model the fine jewelry, the brand recruited a trio of stars, including poet and activist Amanda Gorman, as well as actors Maya Hawke and Kim Tae-Ri. Find out more here.
Severance Star Britt Lower Joins American Ballet Theatre Principal Dancer Calvin Royal III for New “Made by NYC” Theory Campaign
As a nod to its roots, the Theory Fall 2025 collection celebrates New York and everything that it represents creatively.
“Our fall collection was designed and perfected by the pace, personality, and poetry of New York,” a new press release from the Big Apple-based brand states. “This season is an ode to the characters who reflect that same extraordinary rhythm. We celebrate how they move, think, dress, and live; most of all, we celebrate the city that shapes them.”
To model the collection, the label recruited Emmy-nominated Severance star Britt Lower, as well as American Ballet Theatre Principal Dancer Calvin Royal III to star in the shoot, titled “Made by NYC.”
“New York has truly shaped me as an artist,” Lower said in a statement. “Understanding that Theory draws inspiration from the city—its architecture and the art of everyday life—means a lot to me. The clothing reflects an elegant minimalism that exudes quiet confidence. To me, it’s the essence of New York.”
Royal adds: “Like the ballet, Theory is graceful, elegant, classic and precise. They understand the poetry and rhythm of New York. The clothing moves with intention, and as a dancer, that makes all the difference.”

Miu Miu Celebrates the 30th Iteration of “Women’s Tales” in Venice With a Series of Starry Conversations
As part of the 82nd Venice International Film Festival, Miu Miu held the 30th iteration of its ongoing film series Women’s Tales, with French filmmaker Alice Diop unveiling a new short film titled Fragments for Venus.
In addition to the new short film, the luxury fashion house also hosted a series of panels, which took place during the Giornate degli Autori program.
One involved Diop, who sat down for a conversation with Joanna Hogg, moderated by Penny Martin. Later, Martin also moderated a few conversations between actors, including one with Emma Corrin and Maggie Gyllenhaal, as well as another between Alisha Boe, Sarah Catherine Hook, and Myha’la.
