Former Saturday Night Live star, Heidi Gardner, has landed a role in Scary Movie 6after leaving the long-running comedy series. And, she will be joined by another fellow SNL alum.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Gardner has officially signed on to star in the revival of the popular franchise. The actress’ representative also told the publisher that she is looking forward to working with the film’s creative team. The relaunch will be helmed by Scary Movie‘s original creators, the Wayans Brothers.
Another formerSaturday Night Live cast member, Cheri Oteri, who starred in the series from season 21 to season 25, will also be joining the horror parody. Oteri is no stranger to the Scary Movie franchise.
