Fall offers a lot of fun from picking apples and hay rides to visiting a pumpkin patch. But not all of this season’s entertainment has to be autumnal.
We put together a Georgia fall concert guide with some of the biggest names in music holding concerts between now and the end of November. Here’s who is coming, where they’re performing, and how much tickets are:
Village People
Friday, Oct. 3
The Village People will be performing at Evans Towne Center Park in Evans. The group are obviously known for their iconic YMCA theme song, but they also have hits like “Macho Man” and “Can’t Stop the Music.” Tickets start at about $5.
ZZ Top
Sunday, Oct. 5
ZZ Top will be performing at the Classic Center Theatre in Athens. They are a rock band with three Grammy nominations and at least two incredibly successful albums: Their 2000 greatest hits album which went platinum five times and their 1996 “Eliminator” which went diamond (meaning 10 million copies sold. Their most popular song on Spotify is “LaGrange” (2005 remaster) with more than 820 million streams. Tickets start at about $75.
Andrea Bocelli
Saturday, Oct. 11
Andrea Bocelli will be performing with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra at the Gas South Arena in Duluth. He’s an Italian tenor who has been nominated for five Grammys with multiple double-platinum albums and his 1999 “Romanza” is a triple-platinum album. His song “Con te partirò” has more than 210 million streams on Spotify. Tickets start at about $103.
The Temptations and The Four Tops
Sunday, Oct. 12
The Temptations and The Four Tops will perform at the Columbia County Performing Arts Center in Evans. The Temptations are a Motown vocal group with four Grammys and are part of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Their most popular song is easily “My Girl” with 7 million copies sold and over 1.2 billion streams on Spotify. The Four Tops are another Hall of Fame, Motown vocal group with beloved tunes like “I Can’t Help Myself” and “Reach Out I’ll Be There.” Tickets start at about $70.

Ice Cube
Tuesday, Oct. 14
Ice Cube will perform at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta. He’s an actor and rapper who rose to prominence as a member of the renowned group NWA, which is part of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and known for top tracks like “Straight Outta Compton.” Tickets start at about $80.
Tracy Lawrence and Josh Turner
Thursday, Oct. 23
Tracy Lawrence and Josh Turner will perform at the Bell Auditorium in Augusta. Both are country artists with two Grammy nominations each and hit songs like “Time Marches On” and “Your Man,” respectively. Tickets start at about $91.
TobyMac
Thursday, Oct. 30, Saturday, Nov. 1 and Sunday, Nov. 2
TobyMac will first perform at the Bill Heard Theatre at RiverCenter in Columbus, then Savannah Civic Center, then at the Columbia County Performing Arts Center in Evans. He’s a Christian singer and rapper with 18 Grammy nominations including seven wins. His most popular songs on Spotify are “I just need U.” and “Love Broke Thru” which have about more than 75 million and 70 million streams, respectively. Tickets vary depending on location.
Paul McCartney performs a sold-out show on Thursday, Oct. 13, 2016 at Pappy and Harriet’s in Pioneertown, Calif.
Paul McCartney
Sunday, Nov. 2 and Monday, Nov. 3
Paul McCartney will perform at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta. McCartney rose to fame as part of the legendary English rock band “The Beatles,” but has also been a huge success in his own right. He has 19 Grammys and has been inducted into the fall of fame twice, once as part of “The Beatles” and again as an individual. His most popular song on Spotify is “FourFiveSeconds,” a collab he did with Rihanna and Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) which has almost 1.2 billion streams. Tickets vary depending on which day you see the show.
Maroon 5
Tuesday, Nov. 11
Maroon 5 will also be performing at the State Farm Arena. The pop rock band has three Grammys, multiple diamond singles, and their song “Sugar” has sold 11 million copies. This and multiple other favorites such as “Moves Like Jagger” have reached billions of streams on Spotify. Tickets are about $68.
Dwight Yoakam
Friday, Nov. 14
Dwight Yoakam will perform at the Enmarket Arena in Savannah. Yoakam is a country artist with two Grammys and a triple-platinum album: “This Time” from 1990. His songs “A Thousand Miles from Nowhere” and “Guitars, Cadillacs” both have more than 87 million streams on Spotify. Tickets start at about $79.
