There was something fitting about the fact that the first person to pose inside The Hollywood Reporter’s Golden Globes backstage photo booth was a star from The Studio. The Apple TV+ series — a satirical take on the inner workings of the industry — once used the telecast as backdrop for an episode that saw Seth Rogen’s Matt Remick take the stage and accept a Golden Globe trophy from Adam Scott as himself and Ike Barinholtz nearly stealing the scene as Sal Saperstein. Rogen and the Studio team triumphed Sunday for best comedy series and, in a coincidental twist of fate, they received their trophy from Scott. Only in Hollywood, right?
Chase Sui Wonders was onto something when we asked her, as the first in a parade of stars to be photographed by lensman Guy Aroch, to sum up the experience of being on the scene of the town’s biggest party.
