Kentucky’s largest celebration of Latin music and culture is set to bring together fans, artists, and music lovers from across the state to honor the talent and passion driving Kentucky’s Latin music scene.
The seventh Latin Music Awards will be held Saturday, Sept. 20 at 4th Street Live!, 411 S Fourth St. The event will include Kentucky based artists representing diverse countries from Latin America, including Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala, Brazil, and more.
Since 2019, the awards show has been held to celebrate talent across 16 categories. More than 60 artists are nominated each year, with live performances, a red carpet, and plenty of dancing in an atmosphere where people of all ages can come together to honor the best Latin music artists in Kentucky.

“It’s an honor to celebrate Latin music and create opportunities for future generations,” Israel Cuenca, president of the Latin Music Awards Kentucky, said in a news release. “We are proud to award 12 partial scholarships to Hispanic students currently enrolled or planning to enroll at the University of Louisville, Bellarmine University, and Jefferson Community College.”
General admission tickets are free and VIP tables and reserved seating tickets can be purchased in advance or at the venue on the day of the event at latinmusicawardsky.com.

10-11 p.m.: Salsa Concert featuring Milenio Salsa Band
11:30 p.m. to 3 a.m.: After-party hosted by DJ All Sensation and DJ Bon, with salsa dancing by + Flow Band.
