Pâmela Guimarães, a Brazilian influencer, was reportedly shot to death on May 1. She was 26.
The content creator was outside of her home in Sertanópolis, a rural municipality in Brazil, when a suspect arrived by car and called out for her, local outlet Massa reported. She reportedly went to the gate of her home when she was called for, but then turned back toward her home when she was shot. Her four children were present at the scene, per Massa.
The outlet reported that she was rushed to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead shortly after.
On Instagram, Guimarães maintained a following of over 10,000, where she was known for sharing lifestyle, beauty and fashion content, as well as her life with her four children, the youngest of whom was born in September.
Massa reported that local authorities are investigating Guimarães’s death and are searching for the suspect.

Guimarães seemingly last updated her account on April 25, sharing a video with the overlaid text, “And if you need me a thousand times, I’ll be there, a thousand times, by your side…”
In the comments, fans and friends of the late internet star posted tributes.
