Jenn Tran shares her dreams for the future after heartbreak – Celebrity News – Entertainment

Fans know her for starring in The Bachelorette and competing on Dancing With The Stars, but Jenn Tran is ready to step into a new stage in her life.

The 27-year-old first made a name for herself after appearing on Season 28 of The Bachelor, before returning to the franchise as the first Asian-American lead of The Bachelorette.

After leaving the show, Jenn returned to her home in Miami to finish PA school. She also appeared on DWTS and briefly dated her partner, Sasha Farber, but they split in June of this year. Jenn’s now opened up about her plans for the future and revealed her dream would be to forge a career in the skincare industry, potentially even bringing out her own line of products.

Speaking exclusively to The Express US, Jenn teased, “We’ll see. I think there’s a lot of different avenues for it.

“Right now, I’m really just enjoying being somebody that people come to because I have this sciency background and can simplify things for people and better advise them on what works for their skin.”

She continued, “One day I would really love to create something of my own. And if I were to create something of my own, it would have to really be like, oh, this is like an up and coming, like a brand new ingredient or something that’s never been done before.

“Because I do feel like it’s such a saturated space and I’m already so overwhelmed and happy looking at all the other products. But if I ever were to pinpoint something missing in the market, I would love to hop on that.”

Speaking about why she wants to go down this path, Jenn told us, “I’ve always just been interested in it and, being a physician assistant student, I feel like it was the perfect segue of the blend of my two worlds, you know, my social media and just having fun on there and being able to educate people on there, and then I’m in PA school.”

Jenn also said her friends always come to her for skincare advice.

“So I guess it just kind of started amongst me and my friends and then I was like, ‘Wait, I love this stuff,’ and it’d be nice to just bring it on a deeper level,” she shared.

Jenn then told us some of her top skincare tips as fall turns into winter.

“Something to be wary of is to change your skin care when the weather changes,” she told us. “I feel like that’s oftentimes something where people are like, ‘Well, is that not really necessary?’ And I’m like, ‘Yes, your skin is going to change. So of course you should.’

“And during the winter time, I will really lean into products with a lot of hyaluronic acids, a lot of ceramides to kind of help repair that skin barrier. Because when you’re in harsher weathers, like all that wind and coldness is going to irritate your skin. So you’re going to want to build that barrier back and also rehydrate it because if you’re indoors and with the heater on and everything, it’s going to pull moisture out of your skin. So you want things that’s going to bring the moisture back to your skin.”
