Full House star John Stamos recently revealed that his botched ’80s nose job was fixed by the same surgeon who did Michael Jackson‘s rhinoplasty.
During the June 10 episode of The Really Good Podcast, the actor, 62, chatted with host Bobbi Althoff, 28, about a wide range of topics. Althoff, known for her purposefully dry humor, at one point asked Stamos if he’d had a facelift.
“I won’t do that,” he insisted. “I had Botox in my forehead before, but not for a long time. And when I was a kid, I had a nose job.”

Stamos explained, “I broke it when I was a kid. I got hit with a golf club. There was a little scar here. And I was on General Hospital, which is a soap opera, and I just didn’t like the way it looked. And so I got it done.”
Afterward, the actor — who played Albert “Blackie” Parrish on General Hospital from 1982 to 1984 — said the end result “didn’t look great.”
“I actually had it fixed by Michael Jackson’s guy,” he revealed. “He didn’t make me look like Michael Jackson, thank God.”
Stamos also memorably portrayed Jesse Katsopoulos in Full House for eight seasons from 1987 to 1995. During his conversation on The Really Good Podcast, he opened up about his relationship with Lori Loughlin, who played his onscreen wife Rebecca “Becky” Donaldson on the sitcom. (They reprised their roles for the spinoff Fuller House.)
When Stamos mentioned he had been married twice (first to Rebecca Romijn and now to Caitlin McHugh), Althoff asked, “Who’s your ex-wife? Is it Lori Loughlin? Did you marry her ever?”
He laughed and said no, to which the podcast host pressed, “Why? You didn’t want to? Did you date?”
To that, Stamos shared,”Well, just the timing was never right… I remember going to Disneyland with her and kissing her at one point… She denies it.”
He added, “We were never single at the same time. We’re really good friends.”
