Kate Middleton is a good-time gal!
According to her cousin Mike Tindall, the Princess of Wales takes matches of Prosecco pong very seriously.
“I knew that the Princess of Wales was uber competitive because I’d seen her play a drinking game called beer pong, but normally we play Prosecco pong! She still plays it with us,” Princess Anne‘s son-in-law told Woman & Home magazine via GB News.

“Sport is rife throughout the family — everyone is competitive,” Mike revealed. “We did a podcast on how much they love sport.”
In 2023, Kate, Prince William and the Princess Royal made an appearance on an episode of Zara Tindall‘s husband’s “The Good, The Bad and The Rugby” podcast.
During the episode, the future king of England admitted to being emotional watching Anne’s daughter reach a major achievement.
“The only time I’ve ever cried when watching sport was when Zara won I think it was the European championship,” William recalled.
“I was down in Exmore at the time camping. We were all huddling around the phone watching it. She was there she was blubbing away the flag was going up. I was in pieces,” the proud relative recalled.
The former Duchess of Cambridge added, “I can remember because you came back and said I’ve never been so proud of anyone.”
While talking about Zara’s early days of horseback riding, Anne made it clear she let her offspring learn on her own.
“If I made a comment, I was usually told I was a dinosaur,” the only daughter of Queen Elizabeth II noted.

As Kate and William ready to eventually take over the monarchy, Mike and Zara have been extremely supportive.
“Our family growth has been quite intertwined with theirs,” the podcaster said during an appearance on Good Morning Britain in 2021 via HELLO!
“Our kids are very, very close, which is great for the kids that they’re always going to have some cousins and those cousins — are going to be the same age and can grow up with them,” Mike added.
The future king of England is also appreciative of his relatives. Especially amid his broken relationship with his brother, Prince Harry.
“We get very few moments to actually come together,” William said during an appearance on the Royal Marsden London Hospital’s radio station in 2021.
“When I see my children meet up with my cousin’s children and they all have a wonderful time playing together, it’s very special. I look forward to that a lot,” he noted.
Although Mike and Zara are members of the royal family, the two enjoy a relatively private life.
“From my point of view, I was obviously very lucky that my mother [Princess Anne] didn’t give us any titles, so I really commend her on that,” Zara once told the BBC. “We were very lucky that we got to do it a bit our own way. My family has a great work ethic as well which I’m hoping they instilled in me and is still going to this day.”

Social media users have called on the extended family members to assume a more front-facing role within The Firm.
“Please offer Zara and Mike jobs as working royals. Surely, they would be great representatives. The British royal family is in desperate need of a boost to support our beautiful future king and queen,” one person wrote on X.
“Such a lovely, loving, fun couple. They would absolutely be a refreshing, hardworking and respectful working royal couple. Perfect for Prince William’s future monarchy,” a second royal watcher said.
