Get ready to swap your holly for some pumpkins!

This fall is due to be even pumpkin spicier-than usual, as fan-favorite Hallmark Christmas franchise Haul Out the Holly gets a spooky makeover. Hallmark is officially expanding the beloved franchise with a third installment, and this time, it is all about Halloween.

Hold onto your witch’s hats, because this cast is a Halloween dream come true! Iconic Hallmark star Lacey Chabert, 42, will be reprising her role alongside network favorite Wes Brown, 43, in the aptly-named Haul Out the Halloween.

But the real surprise is their new neighbors. Joining the cast are real-life couple Kimberly J. Brown, 40, and Daniel Kountz, 46. Kimberly J. Brown is best known for her iconic role as teen witch Marnie in the ‘90s and early ‘00s Disney film series Halloweentown. In the 2001 filmHalloweentown II: Kalabar’s Revenge, her future-husband Kountz played opposite her as the villainous Kal.

“Kimberly and Daniel have been dear friends for many years. When we started on this third movie, set during Halloween, I just knew that they would be the perfect addition to this hilariously funny cast,” Chabert said according to People.

“I loved making this movie with friends – who so many people grew up sharing this holiday with,” Chabert continued. “It’s a dream come true.”

According to the official plot description for Hallmark’s upcoming Haul Out the Halloween, things take a turn for the Christmas-loving residents of Evergreen Lane when new, Halloween-obsessed couple Luna and Marvin (played by Brown and Kountz, respectively) move onto the block. Their enthusiasm for things that go bump in the night leads the HOA–including fan-favorite characters Pamela played by Melissa Peterman, 54, Ned played by Stephen Tobolowsky, 74, and Mary Louise played by Ellen Travolta, 85–to launch EverSCREAM Lane, a new Halloween-themed charity initiative. Heartwarming hilarity ensues and as the new neighbors inspire Emily (Chabert) and Jared (Wes Brown) to embrace the spooky season.

Haul Out the Halloween is set to air this fall as part of the network’s popular “Fall into Love” programming block. For those of you looking to get an earlier start on your cozy Halloween movie marathon, though, here are 5 deliciously romantic Hallmark films that are all about the magic of fall.

1. October Kiss (2015)

A quintessential Halloween Hallmark movie, this 2015 classic is a must-watch for fans. The story follows a free-spirited nanny named Poppy (Ashley Williams, 46) who is hired by workaholic, widowed executive Ryan (Sam Jaeger, 48) to look after his two children. As Halloween approaches, Poppy’s infectious love for the holiday—from pumpkin carving to costume parties—warms the hearts of the whole family.

2. Autumn at Apple Hill (2024)

Starring Erin Cahill, 45, and Wes Brown, this classic-in-the-making has all the fall charm you could ask for. The film centers on Elise (Cahill), who is renovating the inn she inherited from her grandparents. When the CFO of a major hotel chain checks in, suspicious Elise doubts he is truly there to enjoy the fall festivities, suspecting him of plans to try to take over her inn, but her assumed enemy could end up being just the Halloween magic she needs to save her beloved family business.

3. Sweet Autumn (2020)

Nothing screams fall more than a candy apple! In Sweet Autumn, Maggie (Nikki DeLoach, 45) is surprised to learn her late aunt has left her only half of the family candy shop. The other half was given to a maple farmer, Dex (Andrew Walker, 46). Her big city plans for expansion butt up against his small-town love of the business just as it is. A series of letters left by her aunt help the two discover the sweet reason behind her decision during the town’s Sweet Autumn festival.

4. 3 Bed, 2 Bath, 1 Ghost (2023)

This charming movie is not explicitly Halloween–themed, but it is perfect for those who like their spooky with a hearty side of romance. Real estate agent Anna (Julie Gonzalo, 43) is trying to sell a historic home, but there’s a catch: it’s inhabited by the ghost of 1920s flapper Ruby (Madeleine Arthur, 28), who is convinced she cannot “pass on” until she successfully reunites Anna with her ex-boyfriend Ben (Chris McNally, 36). The film is made even more special by the clear in-screen chemistry between real-life couple Gonzalo and McNally.

5. Haunted Wedding (2024)

A supernatural twist on a classic wedding rom-com, Haunted Wedding stars Janel Parrish, 36, and Dominic Sherwood, 35, as a ghost-hunting couple whose dream wedding plans get complicated when a ghost from the 18th century begins haunting their venue. The ghost vows to disrupt their big day unless they help her reunite with her own lost love in a story that is the perfect witch’s brew of humor, hilarity, and Halloween magic.
