BETHLEHEM, Pa. – A destination for fresh food, flavorful drinks and family-friendly fun has leveled up with a 12,000-square-foot addition – featuring mini golf, a second bar and more – in Northampton County.
Twisted Tees, a sports bar and entertainment destination featuring multi-sport simulators, pool tables, yard games, elevated pub fare, a full bar and more, has more than doubled in size with a new addition on the lower level of The Outlets at Wind Creek Bethlehem.
The expansion held a soft opening on June 19, and a grand opening celebration is scheduled for 5 p.m. July 23.
Partners Kyle Randell and AJ Mitchell opened Twisted Tees 2.5 years ago in a renovated, nearly 10,000-square-foot space that previously housed a location of women’s fashion retailer Charming Charlie.
Twisted Tees’ expansion occupies a newly formed space – totaling around 12,000 square feet – that previously housed three smaller retail units.
It brings more ways to play, relax and have fun with a realistic, 18-hole miniature golf course; larger and more private simulator spaces; a second bar and dining area; and a live entertainment area.

Additionally, the expansion features a new digital jukebox, and a new arcade – featuring around a dozen games – will debut soon.
“It’s been a long buildout, and I’m excited to finally see people in the space enjoying it,” Randell told 69 News last month. “That’s going to be the final reward.”
For the expansion’s grand opening on July 23, the first 100 guests will score exclusive Twisted Tees swag and an entry to win a Twisted Tees gift card.
There also will be DJ entertainment from 5 to 7 p.m.
“We’re super excited to be growing,” Randell said.
“Our original space will retain that fun, clubhouse feel, and it will feature an interior connection to our new space, which will have a really cool, outdoorsy feel with natural-looking greens throughout.”

Randell and Mitchell are no strangers to the local business scene.
The pair also operates two other businesses on The Outlets’ lower level: Angry Jack’s Axe Throwing Club, offering guided axe throwing sessions for individuals of all skill levels, and Sweet Revenge, a shop offering coffee, baked goods, ice cream and other treats.
Additionally, the duo also owns and operates Ranch City Brewing, a nearly year-old craft brewery offering a wide array of hand-crafted beer and food, at the Simon Silk Mill in Easton.
“With this expansion, we’re looking to make Twisted Tees even more of a family-friendly destination for great fun, food and drinks,” Randell said.
“It’s our goal to offer great fun, food and drinks, and mini golf especially is just a super fun activity for the whole family. Parents could bring their kids here to let loose year-round, including in the winter when there’s not much to do and in the summer on a rainy day.”

The mini-golf course features putting greens, faux sand traps, raised greens resembling rolling hills and various colors of turf made to look like a real golf course, Randell said.
A few select obstacles create additional challenges.
The expansion features an interior connection to Twisted Tees’ original space, making for one, large cohesive space.
The simulator bays – previously situated alongside a wall that was opened to the addition – are now repositioned in the new space.
The TruGolf simulators feature cutting-edge, immersive technology, allowing guests to tee-off from a large library of the world’s best golf courses and receive meaningful feedback on every shot.

Individuals also can choose to play other popular sports such as baseball, bowling, hockey, soccer and dodgeball.
Simulator bay pricing is $70 for one hour and $135 for two hours.
Mini golf pricing is $15 for adults, $12 for kids and $10 for seniors and active and retired military members.
Various packages are also available, including the “Fairway Pack” (mini golf for two adults and two children for $50), “Tee Time & Tap” (one round of mini golf and one Ranch City draft beer for $20), “Cocktail & Course” (one round of mini golf and one cocktail for $25) and “Play, Pint & Plate” (one round of mini golf, one Ranch City draft beer and $15 food credit for $35).
The Twisted Tees expansion also features a second bar, with seating for around 12 guests, along with additional dining tables for around 30 guests, Randell said.

Twisted Tees offers Ranch City beers along with craft cocktails, wines and pub fare.
Food menu highlights include starters and sides such as baked wings, “Twisted Nachos,” fried mozzarella and loaded potato scoops; flatbreads such as Buffalo chicken, meat lovers and “Honey Blue Blue” (arugula, blueberry, feta, ricotta, honey and caramelized onion); and “Dirty Dogs” and sandwiches such as a “Chip Shot Cheesesteak,” “Par-fect Burger” and “Mac Caddy” dog (topped with beer mac and cheese).
