Lily Collins is sharing the best part of her day
The Emily in Paris star shared a snap of her daughter Tove on Instagram wearing a custom knit sweater with her name on it

Lily Collins loves spending time with her little one.
The Emily in Paris star, 36, shared pictures on Instagram of her daughter Tove, 9 months, sitting in a swingset, noting it was her “favorite part” of the day. The toddler wore a custom-made knit sweater with her name on it in white letters. Around her name, the sweater had knit vines with different colored flowers on it.
“Favorite part of my day…” wrote Collins, who welcomed her daughter with husband Charlie McDowell.
The actress and her film director husband, 41, first shared the news that they welcomed their little girl via surrogate on social media on Friday, Jan. 31.
“Welcome to the center of our world Tove Jane McDowell,” Collins wrote in a joint Instagram announcement shared with her husband.
The proud mom also shared a photo of the baby girl lying bundled in a bassinet. A monogrammed blanket with her name written in gold was draped over the cradle.
“Words will never express our endless gratitude for our incredible surrogate and everyone who helped us along the way. We love you to the moon and back again,” the caption continued.
The actress is soaking in every moment of motherhood. She shared a few new photos of her baby daughter on her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, July 30. In one photo, Collins’ baby daughter could be seen wearing a matching lilac set and crawling on the ground.
“She’s a little lilac lady,” Collins sweetly wrote over the photo, adding a lilac heart sticker.
The actress also shared a photo of Tove standing on a director’s chair in her lilac set, with another heart sticker covering her face. Someone could be seen holding Tove’s arms to keep her standing. “At home and on set,” Collins wrote over the photo.

The 9-month-old also has a special toy custom-made by one of Collins’ costars.
The doting mom recently shared a snap on her Instagram Stories of the handmade toy her costar Ashley Park gifted her daughter. Collins wrote in text over the picture that the toy is her daughter’s “favorite snuggly.”
“Tove’s favorite snuggly made by Auntie @ashleyparklady always comes with us, 🥹🐝,” she wrote in text over the photo.
