LOATHE have released a new music video!
The new track, Fangs, is taken from the Liverpool-based alternative metal band’s upcoming album A Stranger To You, which is set for release on July 17th, via SharpTone Records. The record marks the long-awaited follow-up to 2020’s I Let It In And It Took Everything, a release that helped reshape the landscape of modern heavy music.
Arriving six years after its predecessor, A Stranger To You captures a period of intense personal and creative growth for the band, presenting what is described as their most ambitious and expansive work to date. Spanning fourteen tracks, the album explores a wide range of sounds and textures, pushing beyond the boundaries the band helped establish with their earlier material.
The new single, Fangs, offers a striking glimpse into that evolution, blending shimmering synths with the band’s signature off-kilter rhythms, before opening into more atmospheric, psychedelic territory that incorporates ambient passages, acoustic elements, and subtle R&B influences.
