Bad news, friends: Love Island UK is officially over for another year, with the finale crowning (spoiler alert!) Lorenzo Alessi and Julia Majchrzak as this season’s winners. But what’s happening with the couple now?
The pair narrowly beat out Jasmine Müller and Kavan Murphee for the winning title, walking away with £50,000 between them. Despite having only been together for half of the season, the couple have captured the hearts of the nation—but where are they at now? Here’s what to know about this year’s winning couple.
What happened with Lorenzo and Julia in the Villa?
Lorenzo entered the Villa on Day One and began exploring connections with Jasmine, Priya and Yasmin. However, despite a lot of support from fans, it wasn’t meant to be with Jasmine and instead he spent more of his time with Yasmin.
That was until Casa Amor, when he met Julia who entered the Villa as one of six Casa Amor Bombshells.
The pair got on well from the get-go, and Lorenzo decided to bring Julia back into the main villa. Lorenzo’s previous partner, Yasmin, had coupled up with Tommy so it worked out for everyone.

From then on, the couple had their fair share of tests, with Julia clashing with some of Lorenzo’s closest friends, Lola and Sean, and Lorenzo not giving Julia the support she needed. However, the couple were then voted “favorite” by the public and had the power to dump a couple from the island…and they chose Sean and Lola.
They then continued getting closer, and during last week’s episodes, Lorenzo asked Julia to be exclusive with him.
Are Lorenzo and Julia still together now?
Following the finale, Lorenzo and Julia are still together and are currently “exclusive” but haven’t made their relationship official as of yet.
After the couple won the £50,000 during the live final episode, host Maya Jama asked the couple how they were going to spend their winnings, and Julia said, “I want him to move in with me.”
