A huge celebrity-owned clothing company has suddenly and silently closed its doors for good after suffering losses of more than £265,000. Little Mix star Perrie Edwards launched her fashion brand Disora back in 2021, offering casual and sporty pieces including hoodies, jogging bottoms and leggings. She owned 50% of the company, sharing 25% with her fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and 25% with businessman Bradley Churchill.
The company last filed accounts at Companies House in December 2024, and a year later it was given a strike-off notice to start it being dissolved. The last accounts for the year ending December 2023 showed the company had suffered losses of £265,093.
X Factor winner Perrie’s spokesperson told the Daily Mail: “Perrie has closed the Disora brand while she focuses on her family and solo music career.

“Perrie has loved how much people supported Disora products, so she is hoping to relaunch the brand again at some point in the future.”
Though the website is still active, users are simply taken to a sign up page to “be the first to know”, where they can enter their email address to get future notifications.
One wailed on X: “Disora has officially gone bankrupt!” with a sobbing emoji.
“RIP Disora,” another echoed.
Somebody else wrote: “I thought it had ended a long time ago because Perrie hasn’t promoted it in ages, but RIP! I would have bought something if it weren’t for the cost of shipping it to Chile.”
“My dream was to have a Disora outfit, but now I’ll just have to keep dreaming,” another grumbled.
