Claudia Winkleman is ready to welcome a new batch of British comedians and media personalities into The Traitors castle. Filmed in the Scottish Highlands, the 21 celebs will be sectioned into Faithfuls and Traitors – a choice that is Winkleman’s to make. The Traitors meet nightly and quietly bump off the Faithfuls, with the Faithfuls getting their own back at roundtable vote outs – but how can the Faithfuls be sure they’re targeting a Traitor and not one of their own?
Read on to meet the cast of The Celebrity Traitors series two…
Amol Rajan, 42
Journalist and Broadcaster
A familiar face across the BBC’s programming, Rajan presents both the Today programme and University Challenge. He’s also a regular host at the RTS Conventions, grilling TV’s top bosses.
Rajan has also worked with another celeb on this list, after appearing as himself alongside Myha’la in an episode of Industry.
Bella Ramsey, 22
Actor
Ramsey shot to success at only age 11, in the Game of Thrones franchise as Lyanna Mormont before taking on the role of Ellie in The Last of Us. They cemented their status as one of Britain’s rising stars after winning an RTS Award for their work in Time.
James Acaster, 41
Comedian and Podcaster
Known for his structured comedy style and deadpan comedy persona, Acaster broke into the main stream through his series of stand-up shows on Netflix, Repertoire, and Off Menu podcast, hosted alongside host of The Traitors official podcast Uncloaked, Ed Gamble.
James Blunt, 52
Singer/Songwriter
James Blunt is known jointly for his music career, whereupon he sold 12 million copies of the single You’re Beautiful, and his Twitter career, whereupon he trolled his trolls (an example being “James Blunt has an annoying face and a highly irritating voice”, to which he replied “and no mortgage”). He even wrote a book on the experience called How to Be a Complete and Utter Blunt: Diary of a Reluctant Social Media Sensation.
Jerry Hall, 69
Model and Actress
What hasn’t she done – she’s been a muse for Lucian Freud and Andy Warhol, the star of Tim Burton’s Batman and Bovril commercials, she’s broken the Guinness World Record for most musical appearances in a single night – and now The Celebrity Traitors.
Joanne McNally, 42
Comedian
McNally has hosted numerous RTÉ shows, and hosts a podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me alongside Vogue Williams.
She has toured multiple stand-up shows with wine related titles: Wine Tamer, Prosecco Express and Pinotphile.
Joe Lycett, 37
Comedian
Joe Lycett is a comedian, presenter, and enthusiast for Birmingham. He is also known for wiggling out of parking tickets and tying admin professionals in knots with his intense surveillance of the small print. He is also an artist, who has featured at multiple exhibitions, some alongside his mother, and has a Royal Academy accepted sculpture CHRIS on sale for the asking price of £12,500,000 – any takers?
Julie Hesmondhalgh, 56
Actor
From 1998-2014, Hesmondhalgh played Hayley Cropper in Coronation Street, the first transgender character to ever appear on a British soap opera. She was later in queer drama Cucumber, Russell T Davies’s criminally underrated Channel 4 offering.
Most recently she featured in the groundbreaking Mr Bates vs The Post Office, and now, she’s headed to the castle. With any luck, she’ll be a Faithful. After being an ally for so long, it’d be strange to see her as a Traitor.
King Kenny, 29
Content Creator
Alongside star of last year’s Celebrity Traitors, Niko Omilana, Kenny Ojuederie (known by his social media persona King Kenny) is part of the Beta Squad – a collective of five British YouTubers known for their prank style content. Together, they have over 11 million subscribers and have lived in a content house together on and off since 2019.
Ojuederie is also a trained boxer, who competes in competitions for Misfits Boxing (owned by fellow youtuber KSI).
Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 34
Singer/Songwriter
As a member of Little Mix, Leigh-Anne is part of the only girl group to ever win The X Factor, and has since been releasing solo music since 2023 following the band’s hiatus. Her debut album, My Ego Told Me To, entered the UK charts at number three.
Outside of music she is known for her activism, fronting a 2021 documentary discussing her personal issues with racism named Race, Pop & Power.
Maya Jama, 31
Broadcaster and Entrepreneur
Jama worked her way from radio into the host of Love Island and panel regular The Masked Singer. Her presenting work lead her to grace Edward Enninful’s last Vogue cover as editor-in-chief, for which he selected 40 iconic women – Jama was featured alongside Jane Fonda, Miley Cyrus and Oprah Winfrey.
Michael Sheen, 57
Actor
Sheen’s CV ranges from bickering with David Tennant in Staged to threatening Kristen Stewart as a Volturi in Twilight. He’s also played Tony Blair, David Frost and football manager Brian Clough. His versatility could come in handy for rooting out Traitors, or turning Faithfuls against each other.
Miranda Hart, 53
Actor and Author
Miranda is best known for Miranda – her semi-autobiographical sitcom which won two RTS awards, featuring herself running a shop alongside best friend Stevie (played by Sarah Hadland). In 2024, she released a memoir I Haven’t Been Entirely Honest with You opening up about her health issues.
Myha’la, 30
Actor
Actor Myha’la has proved her icon status by going mononymous. Will she be able to bring some of the ruthlessness from her role in Industry as Harper Stern into her Traitor’s game plan? Only time will tell.
Professor Hannah Fry
Broadcaster and Mathematician
Mathematician Hannah Fry has presented documentaries on everything from AI, pandemics (two years before COVID began), Ada Lovelace and trainspotting. Her aim is to prove mathematics is not a boring subject – something backed up by her almost two million Instagram followers.
Richard E. Grant, 69
Actor and Author
Grant’s breakout role was, of course, in cult classic Withnail & I, but you’ll also remember him from turns in Doctor Who, Can You Ever Forgive Me? and Saltburn. The thesp has appeared in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, but will the performance of his career come from hoodwinking Faithfuls?
Rob Beckett, 40
Comedian
The comic recently accepted an RTS award for Last One Laughing, where he managed to last until the final episode. Though he didn’t win, Beckett did impart pearls of wisdom like “never let another man wipe your arse”. He also presents the podcast Parenting Hell with Josh Widdicombe.
Romesh Ranganathan, 48
Comedian
From hosting The Weakest Link to squabbling with his mum on national TV, is there anything this comedian hasn’t done? After starring in Judge Romesh and The Ranganation, as well as appearances on Mock the Week and the first ever series of Taskmaster, he’s ready to take on the castle.
Ross Kemp, 61
Actor and Presenter
The toughest man in Britain could easily intimidate his way to victory. Alternatively, he could get to the bottom of things with the interview techniques honed across four series of talking to organised criminals in Ross Kemp on Gangs. However the EastEnders alumnus goes about it, the other camp will have its work cut out for them.
Sebastian Croft, 24
Musician and Actor
Croft has been in all sorts. He played a young Ned Stark in Game of Thrones, an exiled teenager in Horrible Histories: The Movie – Rotten Romans and Ben Hope in Heartstopper. The Traitors castle will be the perfect place to put those acting chops to use. Hopefully Croft will meet a better fate than Ned Stark.
Sharon Rooney, 37
Actor
Rooney first came to prominence playing Rae in nineties-tastic E4 series My Mad Fat Diary. More recently, she appeared in the pinker half of Barbenheimer as Lawyer Barbie. You might also have seen her in Sherlock, Nightsleeper and The Revenge Club. Will we be seeing her in a Traitor’s gown?
