Meghan Markle is said to be looking forward to her appearance in Australia this week, with the host of Her Best Life podcast revealing one thing that the 44-year-old can’t wait for.
Gemma O’Neill, who co-hosts the Her Best Life podcast with Jackie ‘O’ Henderson, is organising this week’s three-day retreat in Sydney. The event, which has been described as a “girls weekend” will see 300 women come together, with Meghan named as a speaker.
Taking to Instagram, Gemma revealed that she had spoken to Meghan via a zoom call on Sunday – just days before the former working royal is set to fly Down Under from California.
She said: “I’ve literally just got off the phone with Meghan… It couldn’t have been any more real and she was just so divine and so beautiful.
“I just immediately loved chatting to her she was just amazing and I just adore already and I’m so excited for those who are joining us in our community next weekend to have the opportunity to experience how brilliant she is as well.”
She then shared how Meghan is feeling ahead of the event, adding: “I know she is really looking forward to it and she can’t wait to be in a room with our community and great women and she was just like ‘let’s just have a real chat. Let’s just woman-to-woman let’s go for it’.”
The event promises attendees a mix of yoga, sound healing, meditation and a psychologist-led session.
They will also be treated to a disco evening and a ‘fireside chat’ Q&A with Meghan alongside a gala dinner which she will attend.
Prince Harry is also travelling to Australia with his wife, but their children – six-year-old Prince Archie and four-year-old Princess Lilibet – are said to be staying at their home in Montecito.
