Meghan Markle has expressed her delight after Oprah Winfrey included one of her As Ever products in her coveted Favourite Things list for 2025.

The Duchess of Sussex has maintained a close friendship with the media mogul for several years, most notably conducting their explosive 2021 interview following her and Prince Harry’s departure from Royal life.

The pair, who are neighbors in Montecito, California, have been photographed together on numerous occasions.

After featuring one of Meghan’s gifts in last year’s favorites list, Oprah has once again endorsed her friend’s brand, giving prominent placement to an As Ever gift box in the 2025 edition.

Oprah explained: “Each year I search for gifts that feel ‘just right’-little luxuries, cosy comforts, and clever finds for friends, family, and everyone in between. My hope is that these gifts will help you celebrate the people who light up your life-and maybe add a little sparkle to your own.”

The Signature Fruit Spread Gift Box from Meghan’s brand, containing raspberry and strawberry preserves along with orange marmalade and priced at $42, appeared in the food category.

Describing the product, Oprah noted: “Before my neighbour, Meghan, started her business, she shared her homemade recipes with us. I love to drizzle it on an English muffin, yoghurt, or ice cream.”

“I also love bringing a jam or preserves as a hostess gift, and with this pretty box set of orange marmalade and raspberry and strawberry spreads, just add a bow and you’re ready to go.”

The Duchess and her team were thrilled by the announcement, celebrating with a fresh As Ever newsletter and social media updates.

The As Ever newsletter declared: “We’re over the moon to spread the news: Our Signature Fruit Spread Gift Box is on Oprah’s Favourite Things this year!”.

“We’re honoured to be included in the season’s quintessential guide to gifting. So much love is poured into each recipe to bring the brightness and warmth of the garden to your home in every season.”

The company created a special video for Instagram, featuring the Duchess opening the gift box and sampling the preserves.

The jam gift box, featured in As Ever’s holiday lineup, remains available on the website, which notes: “This beautiful, giftable box contains a collection of three beloved spreads: delicately sweet and versatile Orange Marmalade, our bestselling Raspberry Spread, and our brand-new Strawberry.
