Music world reacts to death of KISS’ Ace Frehley in NJ

KISS guitarist Ace Frehley died peacefully on Oct. 16 in Morristown surrounded by family, the musician’s family said.

Frehley, 74, died after reportedly being on life support following a recent fall at his home, USA Today reported.

The “Spaceman” from KISS reportedly called Sparta home in recent years. He was born in The Bronx on April 27, 1951.

The music world was saddened by the news and took to social media:

Radio personality Eddie Trunk, a longtime New Jersey resident, posted on X: “It has now been officially confirmed and released by the family that my friend of 40 years @ace_frehley has passed away. This is beyond words for me on many levels. My condolences to Jeanette, Monique and all the fellow fans.”
