Niall Horan and Girlfriend Amelia Woolley Are ‘Building a Future’ After Being ‘Tested as a Couple’ – Star Magazine

Niall Horan’s girlfriend Amelia Woolley has already served as a muse for the singer — but according to a source, the accounting manager is also inspiring him to make things official.

“Niall and Amelia really look like they’re going to go the distance,” a source tells Star. “This is by far the most serious relationship he’s had in his life.”

The “Slow Hands” singer, 31, and his London-based lady have been together since 2020, and have managed to keep their romance to themselves, for the most part.

“Right now, they spend every free second they have with one another, and the dynamic just works,” the source continues. “They’ve also been properly tested as a couple — dealing with everything from Niall’s crazy travel schedule to Liam Payne‘s untimely death.”

Horan — who wrapped his The Show: Live on Tour just days before his former One Direction bandmate died at the age of 31 in October 2024 — recently made a surprise appearance at Shawn Mendes’ concert in London, which marked his first performance following Payne’s death.

According to the source, Woolley has served as a support system for Horan as the couple lean “on each other during the good times and bad.”

“Amelia is a pretty traditional girl at heart and she’s steered Niall in the direction of building a future together and not getting distracted by the small stuff,” the source explains.

After five years together, it seems the couple is thinking about what’s next. “It’s created a great foundation for them to start a family in the near future,” says the source. “They want kids, they want to split their time between L.A. and London, and they want to give back.”

Whether the pair decide to make things official or not, those closest to them believe they’ve each found their perfect match: “When you look at how happy they are together,” adds the source, “it just gives you a warm feeling.”
