Nicole Kidman wants her daughters to follow Taylor Swift‘s lead.
Especially when the haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate. The Oscar winner, according to Vogue, pointed to the “Shake It Off” singer when detailing what she tells her daughters Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14—whom she shares with estranged husband Keith Urban—about dealing with criticism.
“Literally walk away from it,” Nicole explained in a November 2025 cover interview released Oct. 8. “It will destroy you.”
Though Nicole and Keith kept their daughters out of the spotlight for most of their childhoods, they have recently emerged into the public eye, with Sunday Rose making her modeling debut last October. But that’s not to say the Big Little Lies star was eager for the teen to take to the runway.
“It’s very frightening for me,” Nicole said, before admitting, “I started working at 14, so I don’t really have a leg to stand on.”
