Ahead of the film’s release on Netflix, the pair attended its premiere in Mexico City. Fans were absolutely amazed by their chemistry and had some adorable comments for the duo.

Oscar Isaac and Jacob Elordi’s new photo has got the fans talking

Ahead of the premiere of Frankenstein on November 7, 2025, on Netflix, Jacob Elordi, who plays the monster, and Oscar Isaac, who plays the titular scientist, appeared together at the premiere of the movie in Mexico City.

Netflix shared a post on its official X handle, with the caption, “Oscar Isaac and Jacob Elordi at the FRANKENSTEIN premiere in Mexico City!” This post drew many reactions from fans across the globe. Some of them were solely about the chemistry that Elordi and Isaac shared in the photos.

“NOW KISS,” one fan wrote in the comment section of this picture, where the two can be seen staring at each other. Another fan added, “There is a spark.” Yet another user wrote, “Certainly, a striking pairing observed at the Frankenstein event.”

The pictures also made rounds on other social media platforms like Instagram, where they also gained significant traction. It seems that Isaac and Elordi make the perfect pair for this classic adaptation, which will now have a touch of del Toro.

Described as a Gothic science fiction film, the film is, of course, based on Mary Shelley’s 1818 novel Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus. It features an ensemble cast – Mia Goth, Felix Kammerer, David Bradley, Lars Mikkelsen, Christian Convery, Charles Dance, and Christoph Waltz, along with Isaac and Elordi.

The film had its world premiere in the main competition of the 82nd Venice International Film Festival on August 30, 2025. This was followed by a limited theatrical release on October 17, 2025. It has received critical acclaim, especially for Elordi’s performance.

Frankenstein will be available for streaming from November 7, 2025.
