“Outer Banks” co-creator and director Jonas Pate has been accused of putting his hands on a young woman who works on the Netflix series as a production assistant. Allegedly, he grabbed and shook her while shouting in her face.
A source tells Variety that “Outer Banks” star Chase Stokes witnessed Pate demonstrating physical and verbal aggression and immediately stepped in to protect the Pa. After he separated the two, fellow actor Madelyn Cline also intervened to help de-escalate the confrontation.
