You can’t miss Peyton Manning during football season.
The former NFL quarterback is the star of Bud Light’s funny “Parachute” commercial, he was featured in NBC’s promo for the first Sunday Night Football game of the season (with his son, Marshall), he is “Motivatin’ Manning” in Nationwide’s latest commercial, he is featured in ESPN’s “Take Back Sports” initiative, and he continues to host the ManningCast for select Monday Night Football games.
His latest commercial is a promotion for Leonardo DiCaprio’s upcoming movie, “One Battle After Another.” In a teaser for the film that aired during MNF earlier this week, Manning is spliced onto the screen in a scene from the movie, having a mock phone conversation with DiCaprio’s character.
“You know the deal, what’s the rest of the code?” Manning asks DiCaprio, who struggles to remember password details. “All right, here’s a hint: a former quarterback said it… a lot. It became like his super-famous catchphrase,” Manning explained. Eventually, a disappointed Manning hangs up. Click below to watch the teaser:
“It was Omaha!” an exasperated Manning said after hanging up. “O-ma-ha! Easy!”
“One Battle After Another” is set to hit theatres on Friday, Sept. 26.
