Prince Andrew is reportedly set to face even more humiliation as a new book is set to be published next year after his friends have started revealing more stories about the prince. The Duke of York, 65, is believed to be facing a difficult time at the moment as a result of the new book published by Andrew Lownie called Entitled: The Rise and Fall of the House of York.
The book has a series of damaging claims in it about the prince, which he has failed to comment on, with the author having obtained stories from what he calls trusted sources. Now, it is believed Lownie will be writing another bombshell book using information given to him by Prince Andrew’s friends, who have only stepped forward as a result of this first book.
It is believed the Duke’s friends want to paint the “full picture” of what he is like, despite originally turning down offers to be involved with the first book.
Speaking to the Mail on Sunday, Mr Lownie said: “The amazing and astonishing thing that’s happened since Entitled came out is that people have come forward in droves with more stories to tell about Prince Andrew.
“Those who felt they couldn’t speak to me before have now changed their mind or have realised they’ve been covering things up for him out of misplaced loyalty.”
Mr Lownie said the admissions from Andrew’s friends will form a new book that will be ready for publication by next summer.
The author also said that he left some claims out of his recently published book for legal reasons.
