According to Radar Online, Priscilla Presley is “emotionally” and financially distressed amid a $50 million lawsuit filed by former business partners Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko. The pair accuse her of using them to “financially exploit her name, image, and likeness” and cutting ties after securing a $2.4 million deal.
They also allege Presley ended her daughter Lisa Marie Presley’s life support to regain control of Elvis Presley’s estate. A source said the allegations have left her “deeply hurt”.

According to People, Presley’s former business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, have accused the actor of hiding a multimillion-dollar jewelry collection valued at “upwards of $25 million” from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
The lawsuit claims Presley allegedly reported the collection’s value as just $6,000 despite its much higher estimated worth. Additionally, Kruse and Fialko also alleged that Presley neglected Lisa Marie Presley’s health issues concerning a “plot” to gain control over the estate of Elvis Presley.
In a separate report by The New York Times, Kruse and Fialko allege that they “invested thousands of hours” and “millions of dollars into Priscilla,” helping to build her “name, image and likeness” for brand ventures.
They state in court filings that Presley had licensed her N.I.L. (name, image, and likeness) rights to their company, Priscilla Presley Partners, and entered into multiple operating agreements tied to those ventures.
Reportedly, Presley has strongly denied all allegations. Her attorney, Marty Singer, described the claims as “shameful, ridiculous, and salacious,” emphasizing that Presley’s granddaughter, Riley Keough, “stands behind her grandmother 100 percent” and is “disgusted by the vicious attempt” to damage her reputation.
Despite the firm denials, insiders say the ongoing legal turmoil has left Presley “emotionally devastated.” One source claimed that “her world has been shattered” by the accusations and family tensions surrounding the case. With lawsuits still active and new claims emerging, the situation reportedly continues to weigh heavily on the Presley family.
