Emraan Hashmi and Yami Gautam’s Haq continues to receive love and appreciation from fans and celebs across the entertainment industry. Among those cheering for the producer of the film, Vicky Jain and his wife Ankita Lokhande, is Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, who penned a heartfelt message for the couple in a post on Instagram stories.
Priyanka shared the official poster of Haq and wrote, “I’m posting this a little late but my love and pride are always on time. Congratulations Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain on your movie ‘HAQ’! You two are shining bright – actors, producers and total stars. So happy for you.” Ankita Lokhande made sure to acknowledge the love from Priyanka, resharing the post on her own Instagram stories.
What Is Haq About
Haq, produced by Junglee Pictures along with Insomnia Films and Baweja Studios, hit the theatres on November 7. The courtroom drama, inspired by the 1985 Shah Bano case which became a pivotal moment in India’s discourse on women’s rights and maintenance laws.
Directed by Suparn S Verma, the film shows the lead duo as an estranged couple battling in court alongside Vartika Singh, Danish Husain, Sheeba Chadha and Aseem Hattangady.

Ankita expressed pride as her husband, entrepreneur Vicky Jain, steps into a new chapter, turning producer for Haq. In an emotional note on X, she wrote, “Dear Husband, today is THE DAY! Haq has released! Your new journey as a producer has begun, and I couldn’t be prouder. I feel truly lucky to be a part of your life and to witness this moment that you’ve created for yourself.”
Reflecting on his incredible journey, she added, “From Bilaspur to Mumbai — what a journey it’s been! You’ve built everything with your own hard work, faith, and perseverance. I’m sure this moment feels surreal, knowing that it’s all the result of your dedication and belief in yourself.”

Meanwhile, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary has officially been unveiled as the face of Ektaa Kapoor’s Naagin 7. The grand announcement of the new face of the supernatural saga. happened on Bigg Boss 19 in the presence of Salman Khan and Ektaa Kapoor. Interestingly, Priyanka was a participant in Bigg Boss 16 and coming back to the stage for the announcement of her new show was nothing short of a full circle moment for her, as she shared in a post on Instagram.
