Melissa Gorga’s daughter, Antonia, followed in her mom’s footsteps and underwent a rhinoplasty.
On Wednesday, June 10, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s 20-year-old daughter posted an Instagram Reel lip syncing to a viral audio of someone saying “Girl, don’t do it, it’s not worth it, I’m just thinking about it, I’m not going to do it,” before cutting to a clip of her nose bandaged and bruised as she lip-synced, “I did it.”
“Surprise…🤕 @drsamrizk,” Antonia captioned the post, tagging her plastic surgeon, Dr. Sam Rizk.
While some fans applauded the decision, many people took to the comment section, disappointed that Antonia changed her features.

“I’m very pro do what makes you feel good… but this one… just makes me sad,” one admitted.
“Is this because your mom Photoshopped your nose all the time in pics?” a second questioned.
“Your nose was beautiful!” a third declared.
Meanwhile, the reality TV star is supportive of her daughter’s decision, commenting, “Oh my God! My baby is being open and honest❤️.”
RHONJ alum Margaret Josephs also shared some kind words: “Excited for you ! Not sure how you can even be more gorgeous!!! ❤️.”
Additionally, Jennifer Fessler — who went to Dr. Rizk for a facelift — chimed in.
“Tonia!!! You went to the best of the best! I’m so excited for you although I agree with margaret I can’t imagine you could be more gorgeous,” Fessler penned.

On Thursday, June 11, Anonti uploaded a video on Instagram discussing her rhinoplasty and letting fans know she would be sharing her entire recovery process.
In the caption, Anotnina explained her reasoning for wanting the cosmetic procedure.
“I found out that I had a deviated septum, which was a big reason why my nose was crooked,” she wrote. “My biggest goal was to make my nose straighter and more symmetrical while still keeping it natural and balanced with the rest of my features. I never wanted a nose that looked completely different I just wanted a refined version that still felt like me.”
Back in 2016, Melissa admitted she had a rhinoplasty after cast member Jacqueline Laurita accused her of going under the knife four times for her nose.
“Let’s be honest, it’s the worst-kept secret that I’ve had a nose job, but it’s my secret to tell, not hers,” Melissa said on the show, per Bravo’s The Daily Dish.
Speaking to the outlet, Melissa explained why she didn’t want people to know about her procedure.
“I have children, and there are certain things I don’t feel like I need to blurt all over the world,” she stated. “That’s private, it has to do with me, myself and I. That was one of the things I wanted to keep to myself. Unfortunately, I had a crappy friend who has told the world for me.”
