Sarah “Fergie” Ferguson’s plot to write a tell-all has the royal family seeing red, reveals a source — so much so, that they’re considering legal action!
“It’s widely known that Fergie is being wooed to do a book and very close to signing a deal,” a source tells In Touch. “She is prepared to lift the lid on everything from the treatment Princess Diana endured to bad behavior within the Firm that she claims has never been properly addressed. For the palace, this is a nightmare scenario.”
The former Duchess of York, 66, has not been seen in public for months after losing her title and crown-owned home over ties to late convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
Fergie, who previously said via a representative that she was “taken in” by Epstein’s “lies,” denies any wrongdoing and has consistently maintained her innocence.

According to the source, the children’s book author sees a tell-all as her “ticket to redemption.”
“The public will finally understand her side of the Epstein drama, but she’ll also lay out what she says she was forced to endure in the monarchy. Fergie claims she’s been scapegoated for years,” spills the source. “Plus, she’s going to earn an absolute fortune from the book, which she desperately needs.”
But the source warns the redhead shouldn’t count her money just yet.
“The possibility of suing to stop Sarah is on the table,” confirms the source. “King Charles III and Prince William both believe she has the potential to cause lasting damage to the already shaky monarchy, so the feeling is they need to take a very hard stance. If that means getting the courts involved, so be it.”
