Sports Seriously
Mariah Carey and Andrea Bocelli are kicking off the 2026 Milano Cortina Olympic Games in style.
At the Opening Ceremony in Italy, Feb. 6, artists contributed to the extravagant global spectacle with performances at Milan’s San Siro Stadium.
Donning a glitzy white and silver dress, the “All I Want for Christmas Is You” singer performed her track “Nothing is Impossible,” off her new album, “Here for it All.” She followed that up with a powerful Italian rendition of “Nel Blu Dipinto di Blu,” which is better known as “Volare.”
Commentators Mary Carillo and Terry Gannon hosted the NBC broadcast of the ceremony, which features a traditional performance by the host country of every Olympic Games.
