It’s Grey Sweatpant season and shirtless soap hunks are bringing the heat to our TVs.
Kicking things off this week was The Bold and the Beautiful’s Tanner Novlan as Finn Finnegan, who slipped through his sliding door boasting the reason for the season: a pair of grey sweatpants. Was he done surfing or was he checking a package…er…an amazon package? A sip of coffee never looked so delicious. Too bad Finn’s kids interrupted.
Jibre Hordges‘ Beyond the Gates character Jacob Hawthorne might be the character who ends up shirtless the most. And this week he didn’t disappoint as Jacob faced the reality of Naomi’s insistence she never wants to be the mother. Disappointment never looked so sexy.
Days of our Lives is probably the show that gives us shirtless soap hunks the most consistently and this week it was John-Paul Lavoisier’s Philip Kiriakis who carried the torch for Salem lovers everywhere. Philip and Gabi’s (Cherie Jimenez) clothes ended up all over his hotel room, including on a lamp, and they sizzled beneath the sheets. Robert Scott Wilson and Paul Telfer have been DAYS’ strongest shirtless torchbearers, but JPL is also quickly becoming a favorite of the show.
Josh Swickard’s Chase and Rory Gibson’s Michael Corinthos faced off over Willow in the sauna on General Hospital and couldn’t help getting out a yard stick to measure the length of their towels. Who cares about Willow when measurements must be made? General Hospital fans everywhere thanked the GH soap gods everywhere for the scenes.
