‘neverland [CHAPTER II]’ is the second and final instalment in the neverland series from Since 2000, completing the coming of age narrative first introduced in ‘neverland, chapter I’. Where the first chapter explored uncertainty and emergence, this closing release confronts the darker realities of growth head on, loss of innocence, unresolved trauma and the difficult act of reckoning with the shadow self. Described by the band as their darkest, heaviest and most impactful body of work so far, the EP marks a decisive evolution both sonically and thematically.
