Taylor Swift shared a cordial interaction with Kyle Jenner at the Knicks Game at the NBA Finals. On June 10, several celebrities attended Game 4 of the New York Knicks versus the San Antonio Spurs. Among them were the singer and the socialite who came with her boyfriend, Timothee Chalamet.
According to Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice, the two ladies had a brief interaction at the game. Swift was reportedly gracious and cordial while greeting and hugging the mother of two. A source claimed that the global pop sensation didn’t intend to “ignore Kylie in front of thousands of people.” She was said to have taken the “high road.”
Meanwhile, their interaction sparked speculation that Swift had forgiven Kim Kardashian for the 2016 incident. But the insider said that the artist hugging SKIMS founder’s sister was not about forgiveness.
“A hug is not forgiveness, and it’s definitely not friendship. What Kim Kardashian and Kanye West did to Taylor is something she’ll never completely forget,” they said.
Furthermore, another source suggested that Swift has “made peace” with the traumatic past incident. She reportedly didn’t want to “rewrite history” with the brief meeting with Jenner. “Taylor was polite. That’s very different from being close. Kylie shouldn’t confuse good manners with a wedding invitation,” one informant said.
